We have multiple ways to pay rent. You can pay through an online resident portal or you can bring a check or money order to our leasing office.

3101 Pennsylvania residents are responsible for cable, internet services, and electricity.  WC Smith handles your water, gas and sewer charges.

Renters insurance is not required, but we strongly recommend it. It can help you repair or replace your personal property due to many types of damage or theft. WC Smith property insurance does not cover your belongings. Rental insurance ranges from about $12 to $20 per month and you are welcome to use any company you prefer.

Yes, we love cats just as much as you and if well behaved, they will always be welcome at 3101 Pennsylvania.

The closest grocery store is Lidl. They are located about a mile away from our community in the Skyland Town Center.  However, if you need to quickly pick something up, there is a CVS right across the street from us.
